We encourage all our employees to donate time or donate money using the
Attitude of Gratitude initiative that the company has embraced
SMACT employees come together twice a year to decide which charity to donate to; whether it's toys for tots or a homeless outreach program, we give our employees the opportunity to contribute and donate unused items.
Not all of us can do great things.
But we can do small things with great love.
Every year we have a designated off-site work event where all employees are able to donate their time during work hours to benefit the community. While participation is optional, we give our employees the opportunity to give back.
Any money or time the employees contribute to a non-profit 501(c)3 charity, the company will match to a certain extent.
